1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website of Mistura Restaurant (“Mistura”, “we”, “us”), 570 Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, and to our Mistura Text Messages program. By using the website or our text messages, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
2. Mistura Text Messages
- Program: Mistura Text Messages, operated by Mistura Restaurant.
- How you opt in: opt-in is verbal only. We text you only when you call us and ask, during that phone call, for a link to be sent to your phone.
- What we send: the link you asked for, such as our menu, reservations, online ordering or a private dining inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or call us at (805) 439-3292.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
3. Reservations
Online reservations, including the Chef’s Table, are made through OpenTable and are also subject to OpenTable’s terms. To change or cancel a reservation, use your OpenTable confirmation or call us at (805) 439-3292.
4. Online orders, products and gift cards
Pickup and delivery orders are placed through order.online and are also subject to its terms. Prices and availability shown when you order are the ones that apply.
Our sauce and immature brandy are sold through separate online stores, which have their own terms of sale, shipping and returns. Online orders of our immature brandy are handled through AccelPay; see immature brandy orders: shipping, returns & FAQ. Alcoholic beverages are sold only to people 21 and older.
Gift cards are sold by phone at (805) 439-3292 and in person at the restaurant.
5. Private dining and catering
Sending an inquiry doesn’t book a date, a space or a service. A private dining or catering booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly, and it will be covered by the terms we agree with you at that time. Mistura Catering also has its own website, misturacatering.com.
6. Job applications
Sending an application doesn’t guarantee an interview or a job offer. We use what you send only to consider you for work at Mistura (see our privacy policy).
8. Using our website
The text, photos, film, logos and design on this website belong to Mistura or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission. Please don’t try to interfere with the website or use it for anything unlawful.
Our website links to and embeds services run by other companies, including OpenTable, order.online, Tripleseat, HighLevel / LeadConnector, our product stores, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep our website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Mistura is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our text messages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
